About Us

Who We Are

Chapter CV is the Pentagon Chapter and the Washington, D.C. region's home of the Special Forces Association, serving current and former U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers in the National Capital area. Founded by veterans of the Global War on Terror, our chapter includes those who have served and those currently carrying the Green Beret tradition forward into the future.

The Special Forces Association was founded in 1971 to unite fraternally all who have served in U.S. Army Special Forces, preserving the brotherhood, honoring those who sacrificed, and carrying forward the proud traditions of the Green Beret.
